SOFTPLAY, BALL POOLS & PLAYPARKS

Please note the following rules before booking with us.

No Facepaints, Silly string, Party poppers, Glitter, Confetti or anything of the sort allowed on our items please, these stain the material.

Soft Play is an indoor only product except for Inflatable ball ponds which we do allow outside. We do not hire any soft play outside, it is only suitable for indoor hire, either in a venue or at home, It’s not waterproof or sun resistant.

We strongly advise against inflatable style ball pools inside your house due to their size and the noise of the fan needed to constantly operate it but this is entirely up to you and if you have the required space.

Please note, all balls need to be collected & back in the ball pit for your collection time, we do charge a £20 fee for non collection of balls, as this is time consuming for us & would make us late for our next delivery/collection, thank you for your understanding.
