HOW DO I BOOK?

  • Select your item, click book, select your postcode, fill out the form and pay the 20% deposit or full balance via guest checkout or PayPal.

CAN I HIRE ITEMS OVERNIGHT?

  • Yes, an extra charge will apply please see each individual item for the costs.
  • Photographic ID is required.
  • The item must be in a secure place.
  • Collection is the following morning.

WHAT SURFACES CAN WE HAVE THE ITEM ON?

  • Outside on grass.
  • Indoor halls/venues.
  • Inside on Artificial Grass (NOT Artificial grass in your garden)

CAN WE HAVE A FACEPAINTER OR GLITTER TATTOOS/ACTIVITIES?

  • No sorry we don’t allow any facepaints, Glitter, Confetti or anything of the sort on or near out items (you will sign this in the T&C). These can stain the material and charges will apply.

CAN WE STICK BALLOONS TO THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

  • No sorry the adhesive from the tape or glue affects the artwork and material when removing. Replacement charges will be issued.

DO YOUR INFLATABLES HAVE RAIN-SUN COVERS?

  • Yes, most of our items do. It will state on the individual item which do & don't.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE / PUBLIC LIABILITY COVER?

  • Yes, we have 5 million public liability, 5 million products liability and 10 million employers liability which covers for any injury or accident that can be deemed the fault of our staff & / or our equipment.

WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIREMENTS?

  • You will need to provide a plug socket from the (mains) power supply within 25m. Any further you will need a petrol generator which can be added at checkout.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY?

  • One of our team will contact you in the event of heavy rain to discuss safety issues involving the item you've booked.
  • If it's torrential rain all day we may look to cancel.

DO WE TAKE BOOKINGS DURING XMAS & NEW YEAR?

  • We take bookings for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Yrs Eve & New Years Day at a premium rate.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO PAY?

  • Yes we require a 20% non refundable booking fee taken of the final balance

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING?

DO I NEED TO LEAVE THE CASTLE PLUGGED IN?

  • Yes, it needs to stay inflated till one of our team collect it so we can clean and check it ready for the next hire.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

  • We offer free delivery for local areas to our storage facilities. There maybe a delivery charge on some areas outside of this.

CLEANING CHARGES?

  • There is a charge of £100 if the item is mistreated / dirty as a result of being in your supervision.
  • When one of our team come to collect the item, please make sure it's as clean as when it arrived.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE FOR MY BOOKING?
  • You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You can contact us on the day if you have been let down by another provider as we may have availability and will do our best to save the day.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • Please see the individual pages for the price per item.
  • The price is per hire, therefore if you require the unit for 2 hours the cost would be the same as an 7 hour hire as the same level of work is carried out.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE EQUIPMENT FOR?

  • We always aim for you to have the item for at least 6 hours unless you’ve selected earlier or later options.

HOW DO I PAY?

  • 20% booking deposits are to be paid via PayPal or Card online.
  • The remaining balances can be paid via cash on delivery or bank transfer.

CAN THE CASTLE BE SET UP ON A SLOPE?

  • No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
  • Rule of the thumb is a gradient no more than 5%.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP & PACK AWAY?

  • The bouncy castles take approximately 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up per item. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire, access and available staff. If you have other units on hire as well these times may vary accordingly.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED?

  • You will need to allow a minimum of 2ft extra clear space all around the item for safe installation. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

DO YOU SUPPLY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS?

  • All our castles have safety instruction sewn into the side/front of them, and on printed on our safety mats. Before we leave you we will run through the do's and dont's of the equipment. We want you to have fun but in a safe manner!
