Delivery Areas, Times and How to Book
Summer (March - October) =
Standard delivery between 6:30am and 11:30am, collections between 5pm and 7pm.
Premium delivery guaranteed by 8:30am (+£30)
Late collection guaranteed no earlier than 7pm (+£30)
We aim to have all deliveries completed by 12pm (noon). We highly recommend you start your party no earlier than this unless you’re selecting a premium early slot. We deliver and collect on the fastest route possible to ensure we get round to everyone in time. All standard garden hires will be a minimum of 6hrs.
Overnight hires = Delivery on your selected date between 6:30am and 11:30am, collections the following morning between 6:30am and 1pm. All subject to weather forecasts.
Fixed time delivery and collections (Venues only) = We ask for a 60 minute window between your venue hire times and party times to allow for efficient delivery and collection e.g. venue hire times 12pm until 4pm, party times 1pm until 3pm. ***
Multi day hires = Delivery on your first selected date between 6:30am and 11:30am, collections between 5pm and 7pm on your selected hire end date. **
Please note our latest collection times are 7pm. If your party finishes later than this you will need to select overnight and have access for us to collect the following morning.
We have a wide free delivery catchment radius however some areas may fall outside this and additional fees will apply. When you select your postcode you will see if this applies to your area.
We delivery to the majority of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

HOW DO I BOOK?
- Choose the item you like
- Click the 'Book Online' button below
- Click the 'Date' you require
- Will confirm green if available
- Press 'please select' for Post Code
- Complete the required questions
- Press 'Book This Item Now' All done
- Pay the 20% non refundable deposit
- Email sent confirming your booking
- Check your inbox/junk mail & reply
All bookings require a 20% non refundable deposit payable online at the end of the booking form. The remaining balance is due a day before the event if paying via bank transfer or cash on arrival is ok.
